Our Founders
MAJC was founded by celebrated chef Matt Jennings and tech innovator Andy Coughlin, brought together by their shared passion for hospitality. Their journey began in 2015 at one of Matt’s restaurants, with a handshake and a simple “How we doing?” From a friendship built on teamwork, culture, and connection, MAJC emerged—a platform dedicated to supporting the hospitality industry and the people who make it thrive.
