Leadership means knowing when to be the boss and when to be a friend.
Hiring for energy and clarity builds trust and reduces turnover.
Growth isn’t always the goal—sometimes staying small is the strategy.
🎙️ LISTEN: Hopdov’s Annie and Molly on How to Have Hard Conversations
Tough conversations aren’t optional in this business. In this episode of Serving Success, Annie and Molly explain how restaurant leaders can communicate with clarity and consistency, even when the topic is tough.

Reduce defensiveness with structure and empathy.
The more consistent you are, the easier it gets.
