Our Founders
MAJC was founded by chef Matt Jennings and tech entrepreneur Andy Coughlin, united by their belief that hospitality thrives when people are supported to lead and grow. From their backgrounds in restaurants and technology, they created MAJC to give operators the tools, training, and community they wish they’d had earlier in their careers.
Jennings is a James Beard Award nominee featured in Food & Wine, Los Angeles Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Coughlin is a seasoned technology leader with experience scaling digital platforms.
